Here Is What's Happening at Patches in September

Patches in September

Lots of Fun New Classes Too!

The temperatures could still be in the 80's-90's but for me summer is almost gone. My granddaughter Violet had her first day of kindergarten this Monday and we are beginning our fall classes too here at Patches. We have something for everyone so come join the fun.

Northern Wilderness BOM – Fusible Applique Class (Claudia Williams – Instructor).  Thursday, September 8th & Saturday, October 15th (class includes BOTH sessions).  Create this award-winning quilt with a Montana twist. See how easy the technique can be. Classes will be conducted for the first 2 months only.

Beginning Quilting Bee Class (Claudia Williams – Instructor).  Saturdays; September 10th & 17th and October 1st & 8th (Includes ALL 4 sessions).  Learn the skills and tricks to become an accomplished quilter from the beginning to completion. Enjoy the friendship of others just like an "Old Fashioned" Quilting Bee. You will be so proud of the beautiful creations you can create.

(NOTE:  The tea towel design could be subject to change)
Machine Embroidery Play Day Class (Claudia Williams – Instructor).  Thursday, September 15th.  Enjoy a Day with your machine embroidery unit! Three projects & lunch!  Learn applique techniques and make great Christmas presents too.

Row by Row Experience.  The Hibernation Period is from September 7th through October 31st. Per the rules, we are NOT able to hand out our FREE Row by Row patterns or sell our Row by Row Kit during this time. However, after October 31st, we are allowed to sell the kit in our shop, on our website, or my mail.

Our monthly Pajama Party resumes on Friday, September 9th.

National Sewing Machine Day is September 10th. We will celebrate by having all sewing machine needles and oil at 25% OFF.

I hope all of you look forward to autumn with the enthusiasm of your youth...anxious to reconnect with all your friends at Patches and share your summer projects and/or your friends as well.

Sincerely,

CLAUDIA
